concluded exclusively between the “Relais und Alpen” customer making the
reservation and the selected hotel. Upon confirmation of the reservation by the
hotel or guesthouse, the requested booking is binding. Cancellations are subject
to tourism laws and are billable. “Relais und Alpen” is not involved as a
contractual partner in this transaction between the respective establishment and
you as a guest making a reservation.
The obligations arising from the accommodation agreement pertain to the guest
and the hotelier. This also applies to third-party providers and ancillary
services. “Relais und Alpen” is a strategic internet partner and broker for
member hotels.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
All rights between
“Relais und Alpen” and the user are subject to the laws of the Federal Republic
of Germany. The jurisdiction is Rosenheim.
Travel insurance
“Relais und Alpen” recommends obtaining
travel insurance that covers cancellation, illness, accidents and transportation
home.
