The highlight of the evening is the Rössl host himself, better known as the strong-voiced "Bennet" to natives of South Tyrol. His songs are a feast for the ears enjoyed by candlelight in the stylish conservatory with a view of the lights in the Vinschger Tal (Vinschger Valley).
