Summer in the mountains on the Ritten

At summer temperatures on our beach, a leap into the cool waters of the Wolfsgruben Lake, at water temperatures of up to 25 °C is really refreshing. Play at being the captain on the paddle boat or the hidden pirate on our island in the lake. A high point for special occasions is a DINNER FOR TWO on our island.

An Indian summer and a golden autumn on the Ritten

Nights become cooler, but during the day it is pleasantly warm with breath-taking views of the Dolomites. You will be spellbound by the unique play of colours in our meadows and woodland. For this reason true mountain enthusiasts maintain that autumn is the most beautiful time in the mountains.
Of course this time is also harvest time with new wine, apples, chestnuts and much more. It is exactly the right time for Törggelen, an old South Tyrolean tradition where people go from one vintner to another to taste the new wine and sample the farmers’ food.
